Managing regular SIPP income is now an online journey – Wealthtime platform enhancement
We’ve introduced new functionality to make setting up and managing regular SIPP income quicker and easier.
What’s changed?
Previously, instructions to set up, amend or cancel regular SIPP income needed to be submitted using a paper form.
This process is now available online, supporting our ongoing work to move journeys into digital processes.
Once we’ve made the change to the client’s regular income, we’ll let them know by sending confirmation directly to them. This is in line with our process for changes to regular withdrawals from GIAs and ISAs.
How do you access this?
To get to the regular SIPP income journey:
- In Adviser Zone, navigate to the relevant client’s flexible drawdown wrapper
- Under the ‘Maintenance’ dropdown, select the ‘Wrapper Details’ option
- In the income details section, you’ll see the new options available
What does this mean for you?
The new online journey is smoother, is quicker to complete, and removes the need for paperwork. It’s consistent in design with our other online wrapper and income processes, making it intuitive and easy to use.

- Requests can be submitted online in one journey
- A faster, more efficient process for you
