Data integration via FINIO

This information is suitable for both users of the Wealthtime Platform and users of the Wealthtime Classic Platform.

What is FINIO?

FINIO is a data hub, provided by Sprint Enterprise Technology, that connects investment platforms with software providers. The data hub transforms, enriches and reconciles data before passing it on and will automatically retry delivering data in the event of failure to ensure policy history is maintained.

This means you benefit from better quality data and a reduction in the manual or legacy inputs you may be used to.

Ultimately, the improved FINIO data hub integration replaces old, manual feeds.

What are the benefits?

FINIO delivers data to back-office providers automatically.

If anything goes wrong, FINIO will automatically redeliver the data. This ensures the policy history is maintained.

FINIO delivers real platform data into back-office systems. And it reconciles data to alert you to any mismatches between the back-office data and platform policies.

How to set up – Wealthtime:
1. Go to the intelliflo store, search for the ‘Wealthtime Valuations’ app and install
2. We’ll be turning on the new feed for all users who’ve installed the app on 31st July 2024. At that time, we’ll be turning off the old feed – so please make sure you’ve downloaded the app well before this date

How to set up – Wealthtime Classic:
1. Go to the intelliflo store, search for the ‘Wealthtime Classic Valuations’ app and install
2. Sprint Enterprise will be in touch about next steps
