Wealthtime backs industry-wide commitment to improve transfer experiences
Wealthtime is proud to be among the leading platform providers that have signed up to The Platforms Association Transfers Charter, an industry initiative designed to tackle longstanding transfer delays and deliver better outcomes for advisers and their clients.
Developed in collaboration with platform providers and legal experts, the charter sets out a clear commitment to improving efficiency, increasing transparency and creating a smoother transfer journey across the industry. A number of platforms have already signed up, demonstrating a shared determination to turn intent into action and address one of the most persistent challenges facing advisers and investors.
For Wealthtime, supporting the charter reflects our ongoing commitment to putting advisers and clients first. Transfers are a critical part of the adviser journey, and unnecessary delays can create frustration, uncertainty and additional administration. By working together with the wider platform community, we can help drive meaningful improvements that benefit everyone involved.
The first milestone, targeted for December, aims to eliminate paper-based documents and cheques wherever operationally feasible, while future work will address communication and transparency throughout the transfer process and support more efficient adviser-led bulk transfers.
As an adviser-first platform, Wealthtime welcomes this collaborative approach and looks forward to playing our part in helping create a faster, simpler and more transparent transfer experience for advisers and their clients.
