Quanta Group welcomes Harriet Griffin as its new Group COO to support ambitious growth plans.
Quanta Group, the wealth management group comprising Wealthtime, Copia Capital, and Craven Street Wealth, has named Harriet Griffin as its new Group Chief Operating Officer, with her appointment taking effect inMarch.
This newly created role forms part of Quanta Group’s enhanced executive structure, designed to support ambitious growth plans and strengthen governance across its three independent businesses.
A seasoned operational leader
Harriet brings more than 18 years of financial services experience, spanning operations, process improvement, integration, HR, technology and business transformation. She joins from consolidator Perspective, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, she was COO at Kingswood Group and spent seven years in leadership roles at Charles Stanley.
She holds a degree from the University of Bath, an MBA from Cranfield University, and is a Chartered Member of the CISI, where she also sits on the CISI Membership Committee.
Supporting Quanta Group’s next phase of growth
Harriet’s appointment follows the Group’s formation in 2025 with the acquisition of Craven Street Wealth. The Group’s strengthened executive framework now brings together shared services leadership across Finance, Risk, and Operations, with the COO overseeing People, Transformation, IT, Change, and Group Communications.
