Patrick Mill Group CEO Read bio

Patrick began his career at the Prudential as a Financial Adviser before quickly progressing into senior leadership roles within the advice industry. He was Managing Director at Bradford and Bingley for over 13 years and ran the UK’s largest IFA network at the time.

Since then Patrick has held a number of roles in the advice industry before working with AnaCap Financial Partners for three years to develop its Wealth Management strategy and the acquisition of Wealthtime and Amber. Patrick has been Group CEO and a board member since July 2021.

Patrick is a season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur and tries to attend as many games as possible. He has two grown up children, Charlotte and Ollie, who both followed him into marketing and banking. When he isn’t cheering on Spurs, you’ll find him on the golf course or renovating properties.

 

Iain Jamieson Chief Financial Officer Read bio

Iain joined Wealthtime in December 2024 and is Chief Financial Officer of The Quanta Group.

He has held several notable COO and CFO roles during his career across different sectors and industries; including financial services, tech, and light manufacturing. This includes the role of CFO of Fairstone Group from 2020 – 2023; one of the fastest growing wealth managers in the UK. Here he managed 26 acquisitions, that included spear-heading the entry to Ireland with three platform acquisitions.

Prior to this, he was Portfolio Director at Inflexion and Head of Portfolio Management at BancBoston Capital, where he managed multiple exits, re-financings and capital restructurings. He is also currently Chair of S100 – an angel investment club run out of Surrey University and is Board Advisor to Protolaunch – a start up developing innovative satellite propulsion solutions.

In his spare time, Iain enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and following the trials and tribulations of Scottish rugby.

Toby Larkman Managing Director Read bio

Toby joined Wealthtime in February 2025, bringing with him extensive experience from multiple C-Suite roles across the platform industry at the likes of Curtis Banks, Embark Platform and Alliance Trust. Prior to this, Toby spent 12 years at PwC in a variety of Advisory and Restructuring roles.

Since joining Wealthtime as Platform Director, Toby has been focused on getting under the skin of Wealthtime’s platform technology and proposition; leading the transition into our 10-year partnership with Wipro and GBST. In July 2025, he moved into the role of Managing Director. Toby specialises in managing largescale change and brings a wealth of experience leading multi-functional teams both nationally and internationally, launching new products and driving transformational business growth.

When not at work, Toby navigates between city and country life seamlessly and generally enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s out hiking in the hills with his rescue dog, spending time in the city or on the mountains skiing.

Nick French Commercial Director Read bio

Nick joined Wealthtime as Commercial Director in November 2024, bringing with him over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, following his previous role as Chief Distribution Officer at Blackfinch Group (an award-winning investment manager and tax efficient solutions provider). Prior to this, he held a 3-year tenure at Marlborough Group, as CEO of Select Platform and Head of Adviser Solutions, and spent over 12 years at Russell Investments as Managing Director.

He has specialised in Consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions, and has also held various roles at Zurich and Skandia Life (Old Mutual) throughout his long career. When he’s not in the Wealthtime office speaking to colleagues and coming up with new ideas, you can find him at home enjoying the company of his Miniature Dachshund; Cedric.

Vicki Baker Chief People Officer Read bio

Vicki has worked in HR leadership roles for more than 20 years. Working across a number of sectors, including retail, technology and financial services, Vicki worked at IBM, Tesco and Denplan (AXA Group) before becoming Head of HR at Quilter PLC.

Vicki has a strong background in cultural transformation and has a relentless focus on realising both organisation and individual potential. She is CIPD qualified with a diploma in executive coaching.

Vicki has three young children who keep her very busy, she’s a keen snowboarder and plays netball for her local team.
