Toby Larkman Managing Director Read bio

Toby joined Wealthtime in February 2025, bringing with him extensive experience from multiple C-Suite roles across the platform industry at the likes of Curtis Banks, Embark Platform and Alliance Trust. Prior to this, Toby spent 12 years at PwC in a variety of Advisory and Restructuring roles.

Since joining Wealthtime as Platform Director, Toby has been focused on getting under the skin of Wealthtime’s platform technology and proposition; leading the transition into our 10-year partnership with Wipro and GBST. In July 2025, he moved into the role of Managing Director. Toby specialises in managing largescale change and brings a wealth of experience leading multi-functional teams both nationally and internationally, launching new products and driving transformational business growth.

When not at work, Toby navigates between city and country life seamlessly and generally enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s out hiking in the hills with his rescue dog, spending time in the city or on the mountains skiing.

Sophie Hall Commercial Director Read bio

Sophie joined Wealthtime in December 2025 as Commercial Director.

Her role will focus on steering Wealthtime’s Business Development and Platform propositions towards success in 2026 and beyond, whilst passionately advocating on behalf of our Adviser customers and clients.

She has spent the last 20+ years building a unique range of Financial Services experience at C Suite and Exec level, leading Recruitment & Acquisitions, Intermediary distribution, Fin-tech implementation, and Sales pipeline within some of the UK’s largest Advice Networks. Some of her most recent roles include Head of Client at FNZ Advice Ecosystem, Head of Client Success and Head of Implementations at Iress, and Director of Business Development at Intelliflo.

She prides herself on her direct approach, sharp commercial acumen, ability to manage a wide diversity of teams, and delivery of business-critical projects to a high standard – with a keen eye for Operational and Compliance excellence.

When not leading her teams to success, Sophie enjoys skiing and running (and was thrilled to be a London Marathon Finisher in 2022!), and she is also a proud holder of a Bath Rugby Season ticket.

Rod McClair-Burgess Oversight Director Read bio

Rod joined Wealthtime in July 2025 as our Oversight Director, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in financial services and 15 years in Platforms.

He is responsible for day-to-day oversight of our strategic partnership with Wipro and leads our retained Product Governance, CASS and Risk teams. Rod brings deep expertise and experience in Platform outsource management, operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

His role focuses on ensuring robust, client focused delivery that supports Wealthtime’s service teams, technology infrastructure and investment operations. Rod plays a key role in driving innovation and sustainable growth across the business though technology first solutions. Prior to joining Wealthtime, Rod held senior leadership positions at several FTSE 100 companies and leading financial institutions, including M&G Wealth, Standard Life Aberdeen, AXA Wealth and HSBC. His career has been defined by strategic leadership, operational delivery and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Rod is an active volunteer with the British Hen Welfare Trust, helping to rehome ex-battery hens across the UK in retirement.

Kylie Clark CX Director Read bio

Kylie joined Wealthtime in April 2025 as Senior Operations Consultant, moving into the role of CX Director in October 2025.

A strategic and operational leader with over 20 years of experience in wealth platforms, she brings with her a deep understanding of both adviser and customer needs, transformation readiness, and regulatory compliance. Kylie is responsible for supporting Wealthtime’s platform transformation programme with Wipro and GBST, whilst embedding service excellence into our core business operations.

Previously, she focused on driving digital transformation as Director of Operations at SS&C Technologies, delivering operational improvements, and fostering employee engagement across the business. Prior to this, she held the role of Head of Customer Services at Rowan Dartington. Here she was responsible empowering teams to provide exceptional service delivery. Kylie takes a constructive approach to change, priding herself on being collaborative, co-operative, and uniting people across the business.

Outside the office, Kylie enjoys supporting the Wallabies and Bristol Bears. She is also a keen swimmer, has recently rediscovered her passion for travel (with her husband – the kids and cats stay at home!) and enjoys catching up with friends over a glass of Australian Shiraz.
