Salary and incentives

We value the contributions of our employees and regularly review our rewards package to ensure it reflects their dedication. Your annual bonus is based on company, departmental, and personal performance, providing recognition for your hard work. 

Workplace pension

We’ll pay 7% of your salary into your company pension plan to help you secure your future. You’ll contribute a standard 3% bringing your minimum total contribution to 10%. 

Life assurance

Your wellbeing is our top priority. As an employee, you will automatically be covered by the company’s life assurance scheme. It provides cover equal to four times your basic salary. 

Enhanced Sick Pay

We understand that your health is important, and we want to alleviate any financial concerns if you’re unable to work due to illness. Regardless of your length of service, you are entitled to 26 weeks of full pay (subject to scheme rules) during a 12-month rolling period. 

Income protection

Should you experience a prolonged illness or injury preventing you from returning to work, we offer income protection. Following a waiting period of 26 weeks and approval by our insurers, we will provide 75% of your salary for up to five years, ensuring financial support during difficult times. 

Private Medical Insurance

Your well-being extends to your physical health. When you join our team, you automatically receive private medical insurance through AXA PPP. This ensures quick and easy access to the medical care you may need. 

Employee Assistance Programme

We care about your holistic well-being. Our comprehensive employee assistance provision offers a free phone line that covers emotional and mental health support, legal advice, financial matters, and work-related issues. Additionally, you can benefit from up to eight free face-to-face or video counselling sessions. 

Menopause support

We understand the challenges that menopause can bring and want to ensure our employees feel fully supported during this phase. We offer five additional paid leave days per year for those experiencing menopausal symptoms, allowing for dedicated self-care time. 

Free eye tests

You’re entitled to £25 towards an eye test and we’ll pay up to £50 if you require glasses.

We offer 34 days inclusive holiday (including bank holidays) allowing you to take at a time that works for you. You also have the option to purchase or sell up to a maximum of five additional days per year (pro-rata for part time), depending on the number of days you may have carried over.

Life Day

Celebrate life events properly without using your annual leave or sick days. We provide a life event day (one day per year) for occasions such as moving house, planning a wedding, or celebrating a birthday.
