Novia Financial, the adviser-focused platform business, is the first financial services platform in Bath to be accredited by the Good Business Charter (GBC), in recognition of it embedding ethical and responsible business practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The GBC is a non-profit initiative of the Good Business Foundation, a charity registered in England and Wales, and acts as a benchmark to demonstrate a company\u2019s active effort towards ensuring responsible behaviour to its consumers, current and potential employees, suppliers, and local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accreditation is measured based on ten key components, including diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, the real living wage, environmental responsibility, and commitment to customers, that reflect a company\u2019s commitment to shifting to more responsible, ethical business practices towards stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
