Helping the wider community<\/h1>\n\n \n \n \n\n

The Wealthtime Foundation supports registered charities in the Bath, Salisbury and London areas. The charities help individuals pursue their potential by delivering support and services to those who may not otherwise have had opportunities.<\/p>\n\n <\/span>\n\n \n \n \n \n <\/div>\n\n \n <\/div>\n\n \n

We run independently to the Wealthtime Group. Our Trustees represent a cross-section of our businesses with a diverse mix of lived experiences and skills. We look for charities offering practical improvement to individual life chances for those who are born into, or find themselves in circumstances, which limit their opportunity to succeed.<\/p>\n

We believe that everyone should be able to pursue their potential and that reducing or removing barriers will make local changes for the wider benefit to society.<\/p>\n

The Genesis Trust help people in and around Bath to overcome poverty, homelessness and other complex disadvantages by encouraging them to participate in community and meaningful activities, helping to improve their wellbeing and meeting immediate and practical needs. <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n \n \n \n \n

Ablaze is a small independent charity whose mission is to tackle inequality of opportunity for young people in the West of England. Their unique model does this by harnessing the skills and knowledge of business volunteers to support and empower the learning and professional development of young people who are under-served, under-estimated, disengaged and lacking social collateral.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n \n \n\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n \n \n <\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Toby joined Wealthtime in February 2025, bringing with him extensive experience from multiple C-Suite roles across the platform industry at the likes of Curtis Banks, Embark Platform and Alliance Trust. Prior to this, Toby spent 12 years at PwC in a variety of Advisory and Restructuring roles.<\/p>\n

Since joining Wealthtime as Platform Director, Toby has been focused on getting under the skin of Wealthtime\u2019s platform technology and proposition; leading the transition into our 10-year partnership with Wipro and GBST. In July 2025, he moved into the role of Managing Director. Toby specialises in managing largescale change and brings a wealth of experience leading multi-functional teams both nationally and internationally, launching new products and driving transformational business growth.<\/p>\n

When not at work, Toby navigates between city and country life seamlessly and generally enjoys being outdoors, whether it\u2019s out hiking in the hills with his rescue dog, spending time in the city or on the mountains skiing.<\/p>\n <\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n \n \n \n \n\n

Shona joined Wealthtime in September 2024 as Head of Strategic Transformation. During her time as a management consultant, Shona supported a range of clients to design and deliver complex strategic transformation initiatives, including operating model design and technology transformation programmes. Prior to Wealthtime, Shona worked at Alpha FMC and EY. She enjoys exploring yoga studios and restaurants in London, and spending time with her fianc\u00e9 and her cat, Nacho.<\/p>\n <\/span>\n <\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n \n \n \n \n\n
