If the client doesn\u2019t know what documents you need, what the next step is, or whether a decision is reversible, they default to waiting. Clients don\u2019t experience tax efficiency. They experience less hassle and more certainty. If you make the process feel clean, you turn action into relief &#8211; and relief is the most underrated motivator in finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The press headline almost writes itself: \u201cclients aren\u2019t asking advisers to be more technical. They\u2019re asking them to be more useful. The firms that remove friction will see earlier action, smoother operations, and fewer last-minute panics.
